A wonderful experience for the most part . . .

Congratulations to all of us who have made it this far in our iives.

I don't know if 8000 characters is enough to summarize 40 years.

Suffice it to say I finished high school, avoided Vietnam, finished undergraduate school, converted to orthodox Islam, studied Arabic when Islam was not on the minds of most people about anything, returned, got married, worked, finished grad school (M.Ed), and later returned to Saudi Arabia to teach (university lecturer) and work in training development (airline). Now i am still with the airline, doing project management, a grandfather, and trying to learn to be content with God's decree.

Now retired from the airline . . . Trying my hand at consulting . . .

Update 2023 . . .

Still residing on the other side of the planet. Different perspectives of the continuing saga of the world.

Good to be in contact with some classmates . . . Condolences to the families of those who have passed.

Grateful that I lived in our generation . . .
