I am heartbroken to hear of Sharon's passing!  We were inseparable during our years at TJ!  She has been a trusted, supportive and loving friend for more than 50 years!  Our love for music, our times spent together 'cruising' all over Richmond, and our continued friendship throughout the years have been a source of treasured memories with my best friend!  I cannot believe that she is really gone!  My heart will never forget our friendship. It will never forget our shared times.  It will never forget our love for each other, and for each other's families. Through all the good and bad of this life...Sharon was there for me.  Rest in peace, my precious friend. Rest in peace. No more night...no more pain...no more tears. You're cradled in the arms of God. Rest well.

My deepest love and sympathy go out to John and the family. God grant you strength and comfort as you go through this valley.

Carole, I could not agree with you more. Sharon and I were neighbors and dear friends since our days at Westhampton. We walked home together just about every day until we graduated. Including summer school. We shared all our hopes for the future. She was so very dear to me. I just spoke to her Friday. I, too, cannot believe it. She was very loved ans will be terribly missed.
