I have the Richmond News Leader listing of her death. My Mom cut things like that out and mailed them to me to put in my annual. It reads "Shevitz, Dr. Frances, 39, of Tuscon, Ariz., formerly of Richmond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Shevitz." Since she died outside of Richmond not much info was given. But I had heard it was a car accident. My Mom put the date on that clipping from the paper. Jan 28, 1992.
I remember Fran from several classes we had together. She was smart! She was #1 in our class ranking. Don't know what field her doctor degree was in, but I knew she'd been planning to go into science/medicine.
