Thomas Earl Burton, 60, husband of Janet Landrum Burton, died Sunday, September 15, 2013.

Born in Richmond, VA, he was a son of Judy Burton and the late Dr. John Burton. 

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Adrienne Forrer of Greenville, Allison Stevenson and husband, Bill, of Greenville and Jonathan Burton and wife, Alicia of Coeur d'Alene, ID; grandchildren, Cooper, Emery and Peyton; and his favorite dog, Biscuit. Also surviving are siblings, Ray Burton, Bill Burton and Janet Holloway all of Richmond, VA: and numerous nieces and nephews.

We bid farewell to a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. His warmth, love and compassion will be missed by all.
